The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2020 to issue computerized patta in favour of the petitioner.

Heard Mr.Sadhananthan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.
The petitioner was granted assignment patta under the category of below poverty line on 09.10.1996 to an extent of 2 cents comprised in Re-survey No.4/1 situated at Plot No.61, Nalla Goundanpalayam Village, Erode District. The said https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
patta was issued on condition that the petitioner should not sell it for the period of ten years. However, the petitioner's was not residing there as such, the assignment patta was canceled on 28.08.2004 and alloted to one Ananthi, W/o.Murugesan. The said Ananthi was also not followed the condition and therefore her assignment was also canceled on 06.01.2020. Subsequently, the land was assigned to one Aamala, W/o. Alagarasan on 24.01.2020. Now the petitioner has sent representation to issue patta in respect of the very same plot in her favour.

Considering the above facts, though the same plot cannot be alloted in favour of the petitioner, the third respondent is directed to consider the request of the petitioner and after giving opportunity of hearing, pass order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 5.
