ORDER

In the present petition, the petitioners seek for condonation of 417 days of delay in filing the Review Application. 2.There is absolutely not a single averment made in the affidavit filed in support of the present miscellaneous petition to condone the delay in preferring the Review Application. A perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the Review Application reveals that none of the ground raised by the review applicants reflect any error apparent on the face of the record. On the other hand, the grounds address the merits of the case, which cannot be adjudicated in a Review Application. 2/4

3. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the Review Application stands rejected at the SR stage itself.
