The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the Special Leave Petition filed as against the judgment and decree passed in the Second Appeal was dismissed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, the learned counsel made an endorsement not pressing the Civil Revision Petition.
