Both the parties have conceeded that the writ petition has become infructuous in the light of the fact that departments has proceeded to adjudicate the show cause notice despite the Stay. The Petitioners had also filed separate Writ Petitions, challenging the order in a batch of Writ of Petitions, in W.P. Nos. 30376 and 30377 of 2016 along with other entities who are connected with the petitioners. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
