Crl.M.P.No.8564 of 2023 and Crl.O.P.No.7830 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA , J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7830 of 2023 dated 13.04.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
