Anglo French Textiles, .. Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in G.O.Ms.No.14/F3/2013, Finance Department, dated 05.06.

2013, on the file of the 3rd respondent and quash the same as illegal, ultra vires, unconstitutional, arbitrary, against the Rule of law, and against the principles of natural justice, and against the pay protection granted to the members of petitioner Association and consequently, direct the respondents to extend the entire monetary and service benefits to the members of the petitioner-Association, who were on the service roll as on 2010, including the Dearness Allowances and House Rent Allowances, on par with the Central Government employees and on par with the employees of Government of Puducherry, by implementing the recommendations of the VI pay commission recommendations without any discriminations, and strictly in terms of the appointment orders issued to the members of the petitioner association in compliance of the orders of this Court in W.

P.No.15940 of 2010 dated 27.06.2012, followed by the orders in Cont.A.No.1001 of 2013 dated 07.06.2013, with arrears of VI pay commission benefits with effect from 01.06.
