ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondent to produce the body of the petitioner's husband - K.Ravi, before this Court and set him at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed by the wife of the detenu.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the detenu has returned back on 21.10.2020 and he is now living with the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner has withdrawn the complaint itself.
