The relief sought in this Writ Petition is to direct the respondent to consider and dispose the petitioner's representation made to the respondent on 30.06.2014 on merits within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
