2. Heard Mr.D.Bharathy, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms.M.Jayanthi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents has stated no objection to allow these writ petitions.

4. Accordingly, these writ petitions are allowed. The 4th respondent is directed to implement the order dated 29.01.2025 issued by the 1st respondent within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
