Prayer: Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to modify the condition passed in Crl.M.P.No.192 of 2020 dated 07.02.2020 in District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbadur regarding with condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- and one surety must be a family member imposed by the Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbadur and pass orders.

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for modification of the bail condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.192 of 2020, dated 07.02.2020, passed by the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrte, Sriperumbadur.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the learned District cum Judicial Magistrte, Sriperumbadur while granting bail to the petitioner imposed a condition that the petitioner should execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- ( Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) and one surety must be a family member. He would further submit that due to corona pandemic situation the petitioner is unable to arrange funds. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Hence, he sought for suitable modification of the above said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed on the petitioner by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.192 of 2020, dated 07.02.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees Ten thousand only) and one surety must be a family member. The other conditions imposed by the Court below shall remains intact.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
