This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of declaration, declaring the proceedings No.A3/25550/2017, dated 06.04.2018, on the file of the 1st respondent, as null and void, in so far it does not include the name of the petitioner in the list promotion to the post of Assistant Accounts Officer and to consequentially promote the petitioner to the post of Assistant Accounts Officer, with all monetary benefits, accrued from the date 06.04.2018, within a time frame.
