Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the first respondent.
2. The petitioners have come up with the present petition seeking to quash the case in Crime No.229 of 2013 pending on the file of the first respondent.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed; final report also has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance of in C.C.No.11 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur.
