This petition has been filed to call for the records of the above C.C.No.5020 of 2011 pending on the files of the Learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that trial has been commenced in this case, seven witnesses have already been examined and the matter has been posted on 19.03.2019 for further proceedings.

Court is not inclined to allow the prayer sought for by the petitioner. However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all the points raised in this petition before the trial court. Considering the case is of the 2011, the trial court is directed to complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
