Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] has produced a xerox copy of the Demand Draft bearing No.511161, dated 31.08.2024 drawn on ICICI Bank, Coimbatore Branch, for a sum of Rs.2,12,37,999.00 [Rupees Two Crore Twelve Lakh Thirty Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Only] in favour of The Judicial Magistrate Court-II. To that effect, he has produced a copy of receipt in respect of the aforesaid amount received by the learned Magistrate. 1/3

2. Earlier order of this Court dated 28.11.2024 made in Criminal Original Petition No. 14042 of 2024 has been complied with by the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, no further order is required in the above Criminal Original Petition and the same shall stands closed. 13.02.2025 MSM 2/3
