ORDER

This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to revoke the instructions given to the third respondent to freeze the account of the petitioner bearing Account No.31563346062. 2.

On instructions, the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the second respondent has not registered any FIR as against the petitioner and has never instructed the third respondent bank to freeze the petitioner's bank account bearing Account No.31563346062.

Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands closed. The petitioner can very well approach the third respondent to operate his account in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
