O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First Respondent to consider the appeal dated 12.06.2019 filed by the Petitioner by cancelling the patta granted in favour of Second Respondent in MR. No. 2172/TOB/ A1/2017/2018 dated 20.12.2017 on the file of First Respondent.

Learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) appearing for the First Respondent, on instructions, states that the hearing of the appeal has been fixed on 22.08.2019 and that notice for the same would be issued in advance to the concerned parties. It shall be ensured that there is at least one effective hearing every week showing progress of the case. 3.

The Petitioner and other concerned parties shall attend the hearing on the said date as well as on the subsequent dates to which it is adjourned and extend their fullest cooperation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for the expeditious disposal of the matter. The First Respondent after giving full opportunity of hearing to all parties concerned, shall consider each of their contentions and pass reasoned order on merits and in accordance with law and communicate the decision taken to all parties under written acknowledgment.
