] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 263days (Two Hundred and Sixty Three) for filing Criminal Appeal against the order passed in SC.No.21/2014 on the file of the learned Mahila Court, Chengalpattu by Judgment dated 25.05.2023.

2.This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
