ORDER

There is already an order passed by this Court in C.R.P.(PD)No.2356 of 2022 dated 27.07.2022, directing expeditious disposal of the suit. For the very same reason, this civil revision petition has been filed.

2. When this Court has already passed an order on 27.07.2022 and when the learned counsel for the petitioner asserts that the I.A. filed for rejection of plaint has already been disposed of on 08.02.2023, then it is expected the learned Principal Sub Judge at Salem would comply with the directions already given by this Court.

3. Therefore, if there are no other impediments to take up the suit for trial, the learned Principal Sub Judge at Salem shall strictly comply with the order passed by this Court in C.R.P.(PD) No.2356 of 2022 dated 27.07.2022 and ensure that the suit is expedited at all stages.

4. The civil revision petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
