ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a direction to first respondent to issue a letter of No Objection Certificate (NOC) addressed to second respondent with a copy marked to petitioner in respect of petitioner's property situated at Plot No.103 vide patta No.8931 comprised in Survey No.5/3, as per patta New Survey No.5/47 and 5/48 situated at No.98, Porur Village, Saidapet Taluk, now Maduravoyal Taluk, Chennai admeasuring a total extent of 3200 sq.ft. within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. At the outset, it was submitted by learned Standing Counsel appearing for first respondent that they would consider petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2026 and pass appropriate orders, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by learned counsel for petitioner.

3. In view thereof, there shall be a direction to first respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2026 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to petitioner, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
