The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner/tenant has already vacated the premises and handed over the same to the respondents.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner is also present but he is not aware of the said fact. Even during the earlier hearing on 13.03.2007, this Court, by recording the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents, that, the petitioner has vacated the premises, for which, the learned counsel for the petitioner, sought time to get institutions and to verify the same. Till date, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not able to get instructions from his client.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the Civil Revision Petition is Dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.1 of 2008 is closed. 03.04.2018 sts
