It is brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.16431 of 2020 dated 24.11.2020, the Tahsildar, Chinnasalem has considered the representation made by the petitioner on 01.10.2021.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the

Cont.P.No.1148 of 2021 order passed by the respondent, then it is left open to the petitioner to independently workout his remedy in the manner known to law. Such liberty is granted to the petitioner.
