Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 14.10.2015, and pass orders. The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition, praying to direct the respondents 2 and 3, namely, Anna University and Saveetha Engineering College respectively, to consider his representation, dated 14.10.2015, and publish the results. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Learned counsel appearing for the third respondent, on instructions, submitted, that, initially, there was some error in the attendance of the petitioner, and, subsequently, it has been rectified, and, therefore, a communication has been sent to the Controller of Examinations, Anna University, on 21.07.2015, followed by another communication, dated 12.08.2015, requesting to release the results of the petitioner, as soon as possible. 3.

Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the second respondent-Anna University, submitted, that based on the proposal submitted by the third respondent-College, the results of the petitioner will be released, forthwith. It is further to be noted, that in the communication, dated 21.07.2015, it has been specifically stated, that the petitioner attended 348 hours of classes out of total 360 hours, which would definitely satisfy the attendance requirement of the petitioner.

Given the above submissions and the factual position, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Controller of Examinations, Anna University, to release the results of the petitioner, within a period of ten days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
