PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the first respondent direct the third respondent to transfer the investigation to second respondent pending in FIR. Crime No.86 of 2020 on the third respondent and transfer to the second respondent and enquire the matter in fair manner and file a final report within the time limits as stiputed by this Hon'ble Court.

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the first respondent police to transfer the investigation in Crime No.86 of 2019 pending on the file of the third respondent police to second respondent and file a final report.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that Investigation has been completed and Charge Sheet also filed in CC.No.1121 of 2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the third respondent.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
