This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of the case in PRC.No.5 of 2013, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Gobichettipalayam, to be tried along with S.C.No.57/2012 on the file of the Additional and Assistant Sessions Judge, Gobichettipalayam.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case in S.C.No.57 of 2012 ended in acquittal by judgment dated 09.06.2016, passed by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Gobichettipalayam.
