ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to register the First Information Report, investigate and file a final report at an early date based on the petitioner's complaint dated 19.08.2016. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. On a reading of the petitioner's complaint dated 19.08.2016, it is seen that this petitioner had paid some money to the opposite party for vacating his tenant and after receipt of the amount, the opposite party has not executed the job. The petitioner's aforesaid conduct itself is illegal and therefore, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police either to register an FIR on the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint or to investigate and file a final report. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
