Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 05.10.2015 within a stipulated period regarding the property comprised in Survey No. 156/5D2 having patta No. 2494 measuring 1200 sq.ft which is situated in Pulilane Line Grand Village, Madhavaram Taluk, Thiruvallur District. On 05.10.2015, the petitioner made a representation to the 2nd respondent alleging that patta, with respect to house site situated in S.No. 156/5D1B, Pullilane Village, Thiruvallur District, which originally stood in the name of the petitioner, has been wrongly obtained by the 4th respondent in his name by using forged means. As the said representation is still pending consideration, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition.

Considering the above, a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.10.2015 and pass appropriate orders, on merits, in accordance with law and after affording a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the 4th respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
