ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 392, 506(i) IPC r/w 4 of TNPHW Act in Crime No.69 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners snatched 21⁄2 Sovereigns of Necklace from the defacto complainant and stabbed in her chest for which defacto complainant moved the police station with a complaint and investigation is in pending. Subsequently, again the petitioners threatened the defacto complainant and her family resulting in the present complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioners snatched the gold chain from the defacto complainant and stabbed her. He further submits that there is no previous case pending against the petitioners. The bail application moved before Honourable Principle Sessions judge, Chennai, Crl.MP.No.12224/2021 dated on 30/08/2021 was dismissed. He further submits that the property is yet to be recovered. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Considering the offence committed by petitioners and also the property is not yet recovered, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
