Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to initiate departmental proceedings against the third and fourth respondents and other who accompanied the fourth respondent and consequently direct the second respondent to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-(Rupees Five Lakhs only) as compensation to the petitioner and for the wrongful confinement, illegal detention, torture, ill-treatment and harassment of the petitioner resulting in miscarriage of pregnancy of the petitioner.
