ORDER
This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the Petitioner in the guise of enquiry and not to evict the petitioner illegally from his land in S.F. No. 57/2 in Reddipatty Village of Namakkal District.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side), appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner as well as One Kumaran, a report has been submitted before the Revenue https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Divisional Officer, Namakkal, on 01.12.2020.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted if any proceedings are initiated, the petitioner will be issued a summon and the petitioner can appear before the concerned authority and co-operate for the enquiry.
