The Tahsildar Perambalur Perambalur Taluk & District ..Respondent Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 26.05.2020 submitted regarding transferring the land from Patta No.619, Survey No.318/4 to an extent of 1.19.5 ares to Patta No.1832 in the petitioner's name and effect patta transfer in the name of petitioner in accordance with law on its merits and within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 26.02.2020, wherein the petitioner is seeking for transfer of S.No.318/4 to an extent of 1.19.5 ares from Patta No.619 to Patta No.1832 and consequently conduct mutation of the Revenue records by adding the name of the petitioner.

Mr.Annai Ezhil, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the respondent has already called the petitioner for an enquiry on 20.11.2020 at 04.00 p.m. Learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent to proceed further with the enquiry and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
