JUDGMENT

This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying this Court to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.21998 of 2022 dated 26.08.2022.

2. When the matter was taken up, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the lands were surveyed by the respondent in the presence of the petitioner and boundaries were marked which was accepted by the petitioner and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. A copy of the order dated 05.07.2023 as to the compliance has been placed before this Court. Recording the said statement as to compliance, this contempt petition stands closed.
