ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned counsel for the respondents 3 to 8, submitted that pending the writ petition, the dispute between the parties have been amicably resolved. Accordingly, they have filed a Joint Memo dated 03.10.2022, whereby, the Management had agreed to settle all the benefits in terms of the proposal made by the petitioner Corporation, through the Government Letter No.5370/C2/2021, dated 24.07.2021.
