O R D E R

The petitioner, alleging non compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 04.12.2013 in W.P.No.29513 of 2013, has filed the present contempt petition.

2. The respondent has filed a counter affidavit dated 15.08.2016, wherein in para 4 it has been stated that annual periodical increments were sanctioned without https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Cont.P.No.2913 of 2014 any omission and pension proposals were submitted and the Principal Accountant General (A&E), Chennai-18 sanctioned pensionary benefits vide P.20/II/53851125 RT/2008-2009 PPO No: C281371/Medl. in respect of the petitioner and all pensionary benefits were settled to the petitioner.

3. Recording the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. If there is any dispute with regard to sanctioned amount of pensionary benefits, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law before the appropriate forum.
