ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.102 of 2023 pending investigation before the 1st respondent.

The petitioner apprehends that she has been made as an accused in the FIR and hence, has knocked the doors of this Court seeking to quash the FIR insofar as the petitioner is concerned. 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent submitted that the petitioner had only given security for the loan and the name of the petitioner has not been arrayed as accused in the FIR and therefore, the apprehension of the petitioner is unfounded.
