ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 27.03.2025, passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9201 of 2025, thereby directed the respondent to execute the conviction warrant dated 14.03.2025 issued by the trial Court as against the
accused in S.T.C.No.346 of 2017 within a period of two weeks. 2.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that against the conviction order passed by the trial Court, the accused preferred a revision before this Court in Crl.R.C.No.842 of 2025 and this Court by an order dated 18.06.2025, suspended the sentence alone in Crl.M.P.No.11552 of 2025, on conditions that the accused shall deposit the entire cheque amount, i.e., Rs.12,00,000/- (Rupees twelve Lakhs only) before the trial Court on or before 16.07.2025. Accordingly, the accused deposited the said sum in S.T.C.No.346 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chidambaram. He also produced a copy of the receipt issued by the trial Court before this Court. 3.
