ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent relating to his impugned notice in C.C.P.No.113 of 2021 dated 23.04.2021 and to quash the same and forbearing the first respondent from entertaining any complaint from the second respondent and taking cognizant and proceed to conduct enquiry under RERA Act, 2016 in CCP No.113 of 2021 either on 24.06.2021 or any other date.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
