ORDER

The petitioners challenge the Notification No.115 dated 29.05.2015 issued under Section 3(1) of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (TN Act 10 of 1999), in connection with their property in S.No.466/1A1, 467/1A2 in Mannur, Kancheepuram District.

2. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that Vide G.O(Ms) No.167, Industries (SIPCOT-LA) Department dated 02.12.2017, the entire acquisition proceedings covering acquisition of lands in Valarpuram and part of Mannur and Nemili Villages, Kancheepuram is dropped.
