Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 500 days in representing the W.A.S.R.No.109327 of 2018 against the order dated 22.02.2018 made in W.P.No.18835 of 2017 and thus render justice.(IN CMP.NO.14308/2021) Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.TIPPU SULTAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Petitioner and of MRS.NALINI CHIDAMBARAM, Senior Counsel for M/S.C.UMA, Advocate for the Respondents, the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by S.VAIDYANATHAN,J.) The above C.M.P. has been filed to condone the delay of 500 days in re-presenting the above writ appeal.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered as prayed for subject to payment of cost of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) by the petitioner in favour of charitable institution "KAAKKUM KARANGAL, 89, Santhome High Road, Santhome, Chennai - 28" within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
