Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records in pursuant to the punishment order issued by the 1st Respondent vide G.O.(2D) No.472 Home (Police-2) dated 18.07.2007 and the rejection order issued by the 1st Respondent vide G.O.(2D) No.234 Home (Police-V) department dated 22.04.2008 and quash both of them in accordance with the orders passed by this Hon'ble High Court in the writ petitions filed by the similarly placed police personnel dated 14.08.2008 made in W.P.No.30206 to 30208 of 2007 order dated 23.10.2009 made in W.P.No.30944 of 2007 order dated 28.02.2012 made in W.P.Nos. 29584 to 29586 of 2008 and direct the respondents to give consequential benefits to the petitioner within a stipulated time.
