Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings dated 13.11.2015 in Reference No. Nilon the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and ultra vires and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to register the document dated 13.11.2015 executed by the petitioner in favour of one Chenniappan in respect of a plot No. 288 in Resurvey Number 357 in Amani Village, Kumarapalayam Sub Registrar Division, Tiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District.
