This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 30 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case against the judgment dated 08.02.2023 passed in Crl.A. No.305/2019 on the file of the VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, partly confirming the judgment dated 29.07.2019 in C.C.No.493/2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrare, Fast Track Court No.II, Egmore, Allikulam, Chennai.

2. Though the respondent/complainant filed a detailed counter, this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Therefore, the petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Case, if it is otherwise in order, and list the matter for admission in the usual course.
