date of appointment (i.e) 23.11.2012 with Grade Pay Rs.4800-10000 Grade Pay Rs.1300.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 20.05.2024, seeking monetary benefits from the date of his initial appointment.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.The petitioner was regularised only on the basis of the order passed by this Court. In compliance with the order passed by this Court, the Government issued G.O.(Ms) No.50, School Education Department, dated 08.03.2019. It is very clear that the petitioner is entitled to regularisation only from the date of the order passed by this Court and also is not entitled for any monetary benefits prior thereto. 2/4

4.In view of the above, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered. Thus, the writ petition lacks merits and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
