This Petition is filed seeking to stay the operation of the judgment and decree dated 16.10.2020 made in O.S.No.5166 of 2016 by the learned XIX Additional City Civil Judge, Madras, decreeing the suit for Rs.16,57,225/- together with interest at 6% per annum on Rs.15,10,000/- from 31.08.2016 till realization.
