Appeal filed under section 100 of Civil Procedure code against the judgment and decree of the Court of the 1st Additional District Judge, Tindivanam dated 31.07.2013 made in A.S.No.30 of 2009 modifying the judgment and decree of the Court of the Additional District Munsif, Tindivanam dated 13.02.2007 made in O.S.No.338 of 2003.

Decree:- This second appeal coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the Judgments and decrees of the lower Appellant Court and the Court of first instance and the Material papers in the case and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. T.Dhanasekaran, Advocate for the Appellant and Mr. M.Venkatesan Advocate for the first and second respondents and the 3rd respondent having been reported dead and steps not having been brought on records, this Court doth order and decree as follows 1.That the Judgment and decree of the court of the 1st Additional District Judge, Tindivanam dated 31.07.2013 made in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

A.S.No.30 of 2009 be and hereby is confirmed and this Second Appeal is dismissed.
