3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 643 days is hereby condoned. The petition is ordered on the condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) directly to the respondent, within a period of two weeks from today.
