No.4305/2013/D4 dated 03.09.2013, quash the same and to issue consequential directions to the respondents 1 and 2 to appoint the petitioner as Office Assistant with retrospective effect from the date of appointment of the third respondent as such i.e., 03.11.2012, with consequential benefits. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 made a submission that the writ petitioner has given a letter to the District Adi Dravidar and Welfare Officer that the writ petitioner has not filed any writ petition and he has no objection for dismissal of the same. The said letter was forwarded by the District Adi Dravidar Welfare Officer to the Commissioner of Adi Dravidar Welfare Department in proceedings Na.Ka.No.13674/2019/o4 dated 02.03.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has not raised any objection with reference to the copy of the letter furnished by the learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 and 2 in this regard and further made a submission that he has no further objection with reference to the said letter.
3. In view of the letter furnished by the learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 and 2, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition.
