ORDER

Both the parties have present before this Court today. The petitioner who is the tenant has agreed to vacate the subject premises to the respondent who is the landlord within eight months from today, for which, the respondent has no objection. The petitioner as well as the respondent have also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle which has been duly signed by their respective counsels. The said endorsement is extracted hereunder:

"The Revision petitioner undertook to vacate the premises within eight months from today 3/7/19 for which the landlord respondent also hereby agree for the same. Provided he comply and continue to pay the rent and other charges if any. The date hereby admitted to vacate the premises without fail is 02.2.2020. We the parties hereby solemnly affirm and agree to the above."

Recording the endorsement made by the petitioner as well as the respondent, the civil revision petition is disposed of in terms of the said endorsement and the endorsement dated 03.07.2019 made by both
