Respondents Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.03.2015, against the said persons pending on the file of the respondents in accordance with law. ORDER
The petitioner has come up with this petition, seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on his complaint dated 24.03.2015.
2. Heard, Mr.S.Gopi, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.
3. It is seen that on the reports submitted by the Respondent Police, the Revenue Authorities have initiated proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C against the petitioner herein and his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
adversary. It is also seen that one Mr.Panner Selvam against whom this petitioner has made allegations, had approached this Court in W.P.No.1291 of 2015, in which this petitioner has been shown as 5th respondent. In that Writ Petition, this Court has passed an order dated 11.2.2015, which reads as follows:- "5. In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the petitioner's contentions, if the appeal filed by the petitioner is in order, then, the first respondent shall consider the petitioner's appeal dated 19.08.2014 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after notice to the petitioner as well as the fifth respondent and after inviting remarks from the third respondent, as expeditiously as possible preferably, within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
