ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint and take immediate action on the complaint dated 23.01.2015 of the petitioner in CSR bearing number 60/CSR/F3X/15, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. A perusal of the complaint shows that the dispute is essentially between a builder and his client in respect of construction of a building. Thus, the dispute appears to be contractual in nature and therefore no case has been made out for registration of FIR. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
