ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12438 of 2020 dated 17.08.2020 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 14 days and after by every Monday until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.12438 of 2020 dated 17.08.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police first working day of every Month until further orders.

With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
